You will experience pain free tingling and pelvic floor muscle contractions during the procedure. You may resume daily activities immediately after the treatment.

We allow 1 hour for the first appointment and 30 minutes for any follow-up treatments.

For best results we recommend 6 treatment sessions scheduled twice a week for 3 weeks.  This will vary depending on your symptoms, please contact us for a tailored treatment plan.  Some people may require top up sessions every 4 – 12 months depending on the overall condition of your pelvic floor.
